- Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cash App, Venmo and Cash Payments. (We Do NOT Accept Checks of any kind). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within (2) Two business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
- Shipping Methods: We offer USPS, UPS and Fed Ex as well as local pick up options. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
- International Shipping: As of date, LLB does NOT ship Internationally.
5. Returns and Refunds

- New Items: New items (with original tags) may be returned within 14 days of receipt if the fit is not suitable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.Le'Nova Lane Boutique
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@LeNovaLaneBoutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policy
All Gently Worn items have a Zero Return Policy, so all sales are final.
New items (still with tags) have a 14 day return policy from the date received, since we want you to be able to return items if the fit is not quite.
If you decide an item isn't the right fit for you, returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Please email support@lenovalaneboutique.com to request a refund. Please include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return along with the reason for the return.
The 14-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered.
Multiple items may be sent in one package, as long as the return slips are included.
Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Note that a restock return fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Requirements:
- Items MUST be returned in the condition that you received them (i.e., items that are New with Tags must have original tags attached, clothing must not be worn or washed, etc.).
- Original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded.
- Again, gently worn items may not be returned.
